These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Northcity Solutions, LLC. By enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Northcity Solutions, LLC provides technology-assisted accountability coaching services, including daily SMS check-in notifications, habit tracking, and automated performance reporting.

Enrollment and Consent

By providing your phone number and enrolling in our SMS accountability service, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Northcity Solutions, LLC. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly.

Accountability Agreement

Participants may enter into a voluntary financial accountability agreement with their coach. Terms are established between the participant and coach prior to enrollment. Northcity Solutions, LLC facilitates payment processing via Stripe.

Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
By saving a payment method, you authorize charges in accordance with your accountability agreement
All charges are disclosed in advance and agreed to by the participant
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Northcity Solutions, LLC

Limitation of Liability

Northcity Solutions, LLC provides accountability tools and is not responsible for individual outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
