Steward pricing is for a typical website. Online stores and membership sites need a little more care, so we quote those after a look. Newsletters and mailings to a list go through a Mailing Account (see add-ons). Setup is waived for sites Northcity built. Referred by a friend? With Connect, you tell an AI assistant what you want in plain English, and it makes the change on your real website. No logins to remember, no menus to hunt through.
Before every change, your site is saved automatically, so anything can be undone in one step. The clients already using it are amazed by it.

Contact form replies, receipts and password resets are included, up to about 1,000 a month. We set them up so they land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
Mailing Account: $29/month, plus $299 setup
Sending newsletters or mailings to a list? You get a sending account of your own, set up and watched by us, so a big send never gets in the way of your contact form. Sending costs, usually a few dollars a month, are billed to you directly.

Questions people ask
I'm not technical at all. Is this for me?
Yes, that's exactly who it's for. You never need to log in to anything or learn new software. If you can send an email, you can use Northcity Care.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time with no fee.
If I leave, do I keep my website?
Always. Your website, your content and your domain are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
What counts as "changes"?
Anything that changes what your visitors see: new pages, edits, images, fixes, a new event or product. On Concierge plans that time is already included. On Foundation and Steward it's billed at $125 an hour, and we always tell you the estimate first.
What do I need to use Connect?
A paid subscription to an AI assistant, usually about $20 a month, on your computer or phone. During setup we connect it to your website and walk you through your first few changes together. Every change can be undone, and if you ever need help undoing one, that help is always free.
Will the emails from my website actually arrive?
Yes. Form replies, receipts and password resets are included with every plan, up to about 1,000 a month, which covers nearly every site. During setup we make sure your site's mail is properly signed and trusted, so it lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder. If you send newsletters or mailings to a list, those go through a Mailing Account of your own, so a big send can never stop your contact form from working. Not sure which you need? Checkout asks, and we'll sort it out with you.
What if my site gets a lot of visitors?
Plans include far more room than most sites ever use. If your site outgrows its plan, we'll talk with you about moving up. We never take a site offline for being popular.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans get two months free. Referral and courtesy codes apply to monthly plans.
Where do I update my card or see my invoices?
Any time, at northcitysolutions.com/billing. Enter the email you signed up with and you'll get a secure link to see your invoices, update your card or change your plan. No password to remember.
